The swift reaction to the pandemic would have been impossible if every firm deployed a not invented here mindset. However, due to their development, the associations in the UAE developed within these environments are far more productive and adaptive than those they substituted. For many, it has become understandable that whether the disruptions supported or hurt their businesses, being ready for more such striking events is a good strategy. The speed at which millions of individuals switched work habits, extremely competitive pharmaceutical firms joined forces, and the government switched policies depicted that when technology and human aspects change in concerts, human beings can perform incredible things. The reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic has been no exclusion, as regular blockades to innovation dropped, internal decision making stimulated to assist remote work, and customer service had to be reviewed.
