People use mobile applications to conduct business online, such as social media like Instagram and Facebook, to market and sell different products. Furthermore, large corporations and small SMEs are also started to invest in mobile applications to deliver their business and products to different types of consumers. The technological solution is a mobile application, is General Maintenance (GeneMan) application. The application emerged from the ongoing need for general maintenance services, the limited availability of an application that contains all services under one platform, and the hassles of finding available maintenance service providers through traditional ways. The mobile application will target individuals, organizations, and businesses owners to serve all types of users, and that will be the unique and novelty feature of the applications. The uniqueness of the mobile application is that it will handle all sorts of general maintenance services and bundle them under one platform where it will be easier for the users to find the required service. The mobile application prototype has been developed to illustrate the technological solution and the proposed mobile application. The prototype is shared with a couple of developers to gain further insights, collect thoughts, and estimate the cost of the application.
