The projects submitted to (GSEC) are not presented in a way to show the interrelationship between the entities to evaluate and make the right decision for budget approval, so the Business idea is to design and develop intelligent software that can support, integrate and have a unified interface for all the government departments’ future projects and initiatives. S-Gov1/Software is the model developed to implement a Sustainable GIS Project Relationship within decision-making systems in GIS Projects Implementation. S-Gov1 project goal can’t be achieved without technologies capability and knowledge; many technologies such as GIS, BI, and logarithms should be combined to achieve software goal. Software that integrates & unifies the data among all government entities can stimulate future project needs and prioritize the capital, leading the leader to select the precise decision based on the wealth of information available.
